After 2 days of 55-61kts of wind and unsuccessful attempts with the 5.1 (i guess this sail is not for openwater speedsailing)......today was light , broad choppy and wavy with swell....i decided to go further down to search for a better run but no luck at all!!!!!!.....Then the wind picked up to 50kts again with rolling chop and gusts maybe 55 i guess!!!!!......i ended up with a catapult breaking my boom, 2 battens and my harness spreader......also my wrist now is like an eggplant (but it's the left one...this is used only for masturbation...lol)....the walk back in that wind was a nightmare....this place looks like it doesn't like me at all.......so i will definitely be back here!!!!!!!!
