That was a lot more wind then I expected. When I left my home this mornig I put only big stuff in the car and leaf the small sizes at home but after arriving @ Strand Horst there was a good wind for small gear. So I just took the smalles I had which was 6.7 and 90l.

The session self was short. I didn't feel to well to push myself to the limit so didn't expect a lot from the speeds and didn't want to play with my healt to force to much. So I just did some runs for a mile with one nice mile of 57.28. Also a nice pb on a alpha which I didn't expected. So in the end I was happy that I spent some time on the water.
