Standing on the beach watching my friend Tobias Hed blasting through the speed course in Devilsbay, this made me forget the pain in the shoulder and ribs for a while. Forced my self out on the water for a short while just to get a better PB... and so I did :-P.
Well, I did have to suffer the concequences and could hardly get out of bed the next day... the ribs would be happy to stay in bed.. but I had to take them along...
