Nice session at Herkingen. Arrived late and at Herkingen Marina no parking space left. Took a smaller sail just to keep it easier and to stay at a lower heart rate. Took long breaks between the tracks, a smaller sail size helped and managed to do an average of 136 bpm. Lowest average heartbeat so far.
Most others where using 7+ m2 and were faster with more power. But I've done a personal best on the SX Small on Top speed, best average 5 for 10 seconds and over the 500m.
Used smaller board which meant in the windholes no speed at all the SX Medium was probably a better choice for those conditions.
Nevertheless had a great time at Herkingen havengeul.
