🚀 Release Notes – Smarter Filtering & Personal Best Improvements

This release brings deeper data refactoring and smarter filtering across the platform, along with meaningful improvements to Personal Bests, dashboards, and session navigation. The goal: more accurate results, better context, and quicker access to what matters most.

⭐ Highlights

🧠 Smarter Data & Filtering Logic

We’ve refactored core data selection services, repositories, and UI components to support more precise filtering by:

  • Year

  • User

  • Country

  • Spot

This allows rankings, sessions, and spot-based views to reflect exactly when and who the data belongs to—making comparisons clearer and more relevant.

📆 Year-Based Session Support

  • Introduced new methods and models to retrieve available years directly from session data.

  • Updated method signatures and usages across both client and server to support this new logic.

  • Improved dropdown filtering behavior in ranking and session components for a more intuitive experience.

🏆 Personal Bests – Better Visibility & Navigation

UserSessions – Personal Best List

  • Updated the Personal Best List to include direct links to the corresponding sessions, making it easier to explore how each result was achieved.

MyDashboard Enhancements

  • Added Distance Personal Bests to the dashboard.

  • Included session links for all Personal Best entries, connecting performance highlights directly to real session data.

📍 Improved Spot Filtering

  • Refined spot filter logic to better align with year- and user-based selections.

  • Results are now more accurate and responsive across session and ranking views.

🧹 General Improvements

  • Internal refactoring for better maintainability and scalability

  • Minor UI and logic enhancements throughout the app
