Cold newyear's session. Air temperature 4°C, water temperature also 4°C. Gusty 26-34 kts, sun until noon. In the afternoon some severe winter precipitation hit Grevelingen, luckily I was already packed.
Session started on my 110 litre medium wind board and Vapor 6.7 and that went okay, but from 10H00 on the wind picked up some 4 to 6 kts and I was constantly overpowered. With those temps... didn't work.
So rigged my smaller Vapor 5.7 and put it on the 91 litre slalomboard. Had to look for some nice balance, but managed to do the 3 last sessions (of 15-20 minutes) in a nice way!
Missed most of my gybes tho, so that didn't help. :)
