Finally, after almost 4 months , on the board again.
Low wind forecast ,so I drove with JP Super Lightwind and JP 85 Slalom, EVO's 11,0 /9,6 / 9,0 / 8,2m2 in the loadbed, to the beach.
Forecast was: increasing wind 4 Bft (15kn) gusts 5Bft (20kn) later today even 6-7Bft (25-30kn) . However low tide already at 09.30hrs, so an early session to encounter some lee side of drying shoals for speedruns. No other surfers available.
I started with a RS:X 60cm fin, but had on an upwind track spin outs. Changed direct over to my Select S1 EVO Race fin of 60cm. Perfect match with the 9,4m2 EVO.
Passed 50km/h on the 95 cm wide JP Super Lightwind ! At least one goal reached, now up to the 55 &60 km with the big board 🤪
