Surf day 1 of my trip with Theo to La Franqui/La Palme.
Due to the conditions being too heavy at Le Rouet (unnavigable due to a combination of waves and too broad/strong wind), we diverted to Gruissan where there was a nice group of people on the water.
There too, the conditions were on the edge for me. The short, treacherous chop in particular prevented me from releasing the handbrake.
After about 10 legs of +/- 1 km in safe mode, my hunger for surfing was satisfied and I sailed (and swam :-) back in.
