Came down with an illness at work and windsurfing was the only cure. Good sail toay was pretty blustery and hard work but fun all the same. Fun chasing Dan W around and good to see Mike on the water!

Chch estuary. Suffered the same illness at the same time as Dan M. Both of us got our medicine just after lunch. A rather gusty and choppy medication which did the trick for both of us are feeling much better now. Let the consistant winds kick in. FF 79, R6 5.6, C3 28
