Haven't sailed Farm Cove in a while. Very difficult course to negotiate and survive with reasonable chop. Best run was two hours from high tide. Suspect end of run flatter on high tide similar to Shoal Bay.

Tried 27 HR briefly .Don't believe it helped control nor did it  increase speeds.

Good ENE session with Bryan who had sore knees/back and Falco who got a cut around eye gybing so got med kit out, he went out again on 4.5m sail. Tried SL55 with 28 fin but was underdone and not that windy  maxed 33 then tried SL62 and speeds improved immediately but was getting too rough and risky in fading light at 8.30pm
