Because of this shoulder injury I must choose more and more for an trifthy and comfortable setup, so I did today.

Because the power in my right arm is next to nonexistent I can do no runs, so I jumped on the board and gave it a go for two hours non-stop half wind next to the dam. After 2h, I had 90km on the display and I felt it was better to stop now.

This approach resulted in a lower avg. but a great hour: 41.29km/h (fastest hour on the spot today) :) and even a second great hour! Don't have to say I feel fit, if only this injury could be cured!
