Nice long day on the water. Started early with Carsten (who had a lot of bad luck today :( ) and Patrick. Quite exhausting, but in a way smart, because I finally got the feeling for strong winds back. Results are not superb, but the feeling was much better than two weeks ago. So in a way quite happy.

Sabine, bad to hear that you injured your leg and hip. Made exactly the same crash on my first run, but obviously I had more luck...
