I've got a PB 5x10sec here, but to be honest I am a little disappointed at these numbers. I know I shouldn't be. I've done a 45+ 2 sec at Goolwa, and thought that Sandy Point would give me the distance to sustain that sort of peak for 10 seconds. It would.......if I had achieved that peak. Great day though. Good to see the PiT boys all firing, and I mean FIRING along! I think I need to grow another 2-3 inches taller and put on maybe 10-15kg to crank the numbers that I am after, but then you look at Daffy's incredible run, and that blows that theory. My drive home last night was good to consider what I could have done / can do next time to squeeze the numbers a little higher. Can't wait to get back there. Big day yesterday - up at 5am, on the beach by 6am, on the water by 7.30am, off by 3.30pm, on the road by 4.30pm, drive to Bordertown by 1am, sleep 5 hours in back of car, then home by 8.30am. All too easy. Must do it again soon.
