Yihaaa, mission accomplished to break my AVG (5x10sec) PB and not only that, also the max 10sec run, the 250m and 500m. 4th real speedsession this year and every session getting faster. More than happy with this.  Used the Falcon 85, TR-7 6.3 and Choco Mach2 28cm. Could have used a smaller set, but wanted to have something to look out for next sessions. ;-) :-)
