Benjamin persuaded me to go to the Brace. I wasn 't really thrilled to go because the long drive and the long muddy walk but had some things to arrange in a shop nearby so combined a few things.. 

When I arrived at the spot Hans asked me if I got my smallest sail in the car. Yes I did!
After the muddy walk we soon saw it was blowing like hell. Ones the tide got ok Jurjen and Jacques took it for a spin..  Nice to see them going! At that point a was afraid we could' nt sail that day at all. 
And Ben said to me. These are similar conditions when I was here with Dirk (Hacha). 
All the rest of the pro's was standing on the beach and after a few more minutes Anton J Geesink took off. And then I prepared myself to have it a go too.

The told me the beginning of the run is a little bit tricky..  What a rocket thrill to go straight to the beach and then pulling off along shore!!! 
Nice first run +41 knots.. Pfffff what a hard time in these conditions.. Just 4 more to go. I am very happy that a could do 5 runs. There is very little time to do your runs because of the tide.
Very happy with my new PR in topspeed and average.

I think Jurjen is not a man, he's just a MACHINE! Word record leader from now on!

Congrats to all PR guys!!! I feel small between those guys but gave it all I could.

Benjamin, way to go buddy, 80 km 10s run and max 83. You beat me on that one!

Not a spot to go to every week but on a record day, just as today, I will make an exception next time!! 

Thank you guys for this opportunity to have a surf on a magnificent (but difficult) spot that can give you a hard time!
