Had some really good timing of our choppy waves and some strong gusts.

Went out for a short speed session on Anders Bringdals 10 year old RRD 271 and my wave sail. The board is a handful, but when I'm able to keep it down it's really fast. A bit longer than todays dedicated speed boards, but similar in width(50 cm).

On Lake Roxen we have pretty choppy conditions. With some local knowledge it's possible to take advantage of the chop and use it as a "permanent slope".

Now I'm going to focus on bettering my 5 x 10 s-average. And hopefully to repeat a 36 knots plus (2s) to silence anyone in doubt.
