Very Good day of sailing.
Achieved longest distance ever 43.49km of sailing above 5knots.
Most runs were above 20 knots, had lots of good gybes.
Going upwind was fairly easy. the work-outs and training helped.
Funny enough my average speed is higher than in 40knots winds !
