| Tides not low enough for the speed strip to make a proper appearance but some reasonably flat water west of the pier to play on. The wind was up and down early on but with some pretty substantial gusts coming through I managed PBs for vmax, 2s and 500m. The water was a bit too lumpy for decent 10s. Great fun!

loving my slalom board now, however wimped out to start with and used a wave sail (doh doh dog) whilst the glory boys Dave and Nic were setting PBs (well done boyz) eventually settled down on my 6m vapor, so at least got some runs in.

shame i couldn't use my speedboard as the wind was up and down
my new fin snapped whilst flat out and ended up with an enema.
nice nic wasn't there so i could be fastest for a change
still good fun
