Great to go windsurfing. Its such hard work at Daymer in winter as just carrying the gear to the beach is a long way. Don't think I will be doing this when I'm 60!! The wind angle was good but the tide was poor with hardly any wind so ended up just cruising down the course over the back of some swells.
