1 hour before the second race for the Dutch National Speed contest was cancelled, I bought this Manta 48 2014 for a low price. This competition would have taken place on Strand Horst, where 50cm wide is perfect. Today I tried this board for the first time, which was tested in an English magazine as one of the best 50cm boards available.
I don't know why, but somehow I can not do my trick on a 50cm wide board with a 6.x sail.. Frustrating. For now I will stick to 44cm with 5.8 and 5.4 and 54cm with 7.0.

The conditions were almost perfect at the Houtribdijk for 7.0 and W54. Super flat water because of the square wind, some good gusts. I missed a chance to win points for the evaluated ranking 2015.

Chris, congrats with your max on the Fanatic 110! That's really fast, especially since you were using a too big + thick fin.
