Sailed just on the turn of the high tide. The odd kitesurfer showing up during several runs. warm temperatures around 30 degree centrigrade. 

small chop, minimal in places, but nonether less there. Not super flat like in a canal or more dedicated sheltered speedsailing venue. 

Wind direction is cross to the beach at that location in a s.e. wind direction.
