My first sailing session since March. I struggled with muscle strength after sitting too much in front of my computer in winter. Except for 1 run (pb) I sailed in wind lulls when the course was empty to give myself a gentle start to the sailing season.

During the magic squall that Chris and Mal exploited best I stood up mesmerized by the fullest and brightest twin rainbows I have ever seen in my life. Pure Magic. (I was too weak to do any runs by then)

Congratulations Chris and Mal for your great 500m results. Amazing. My guess is that the 500m World Record will be improved this season in SP by one of you. Just set a higher priority to sailing than to your jobs.
