First Foil-session ever! Amazing feeling when the foil is lifting the board out of the water and it turns tottaly quiet! It was tricky to keep the proper hight above water but I sort of got the hang of it. It is all about distribute the right amount of weight on the feet. I had a lot of crashes, when the wings reaches the surface the control is totally gone! Great fun!
The foil I´m using is a Slingshot FWind-1.
