Started with the SX S and TR-4 6.3. After 20 minutes the gusts were heavy. The wind would be better later the day so I switched to TR-3 5.9 and SX XS. This set is wonderful, I feels very comfortable and is a lot of fun... I got 3 runs of 66.7 and 2 of 66.2 (read on the water) which felt very good but also a bit frustrating. It was early in the afternoon so ready for a few better runs and new PR's. But that didn't happen. After a lot of runs the wind died. All runs made with the right foot on the fin. Somehow I couldn't get a good feeling with my left foot on the fin today. 2 spinouts during the runs but luckily no crashes. When spinning out I remembered last february (crashed through my gear) I switched to the SX S for some slalomming, which was a lot of fun. The wind increased again and the SX XS was better but I stuck on the SX. Fullspeed laydown jibes... that's a lot of fun. I wasn't busy to get a nice alpha but next time I will. I have to get used to it and sail to the best point after the jibe. At the end of the day I tried the SX XS once more. No speeds, thw wind had changed to NW (it was W before) and the speed area was less influented by the "normal" surfers. Too bad the wind wasn't as strong as earlier the day.
