Set alarm for 2.00am and got up at 3.08am, had to park in Morrisons car park, high tide was around 11.00am but surge ment it was over the wall at 10.00am also it was around 293 degrees making for horrible death chop so only had a few runs before quiting, i was going to go home as would have to wait till tide to go out and lake to empty, so glad i did, its been one of those days, go a parking ticket even though had paid but pulled up over 4 bays before detaching trailer, then when taking sail across stupidly ripped bottom panel lifting it over the gate and a gust of wind forced it back down and found the sharp part bugger, decided to sail it anyway, i was thinking, this is not going well and the wind was still broard when i got in water,  finally the wind started to turn more westerly after an hour or so and water started to flaten off. started to settle in and dialled down and had some lovely bear of the corner and smooth runs down the wall slowly edging the speed up, the wind stayed all afternoon, not mega wind but enough to get back into speed surfing comfort, had 3 kgs of weight in morning but decide not to use in afternoon, 39.6 knots on 2 seconds just off 40 knots lol but im happy with it as not sailed since october 2020. My speed are slowly getting quicker and more consitant ready to play in higher winds.
