really fun day at Torquay point. No sign of coming off the plane for the whole session. The 7.5 is the most amazing sail in these conditions. LOVES to go way,way downwind in these light winds. I was basically sailing in triangles with a massive bear away then a right angle upwind turn with a really tight point upwind then a run down beside the reef. The fastest runs were heading out through the chop on the bear away. Pretty happy with a 24.42 nm with a gybe in the middle. Also an alpha pb with a gybe on a wave face. Would love to try this 133 liitre board with a smaller fin as the 43cm is a bit scarry at speed :( . No blistering speeds but awesome fun!!The water was really warm and the sun shining..... sorry you guys in Europe!
loving the GT31...
cheers Tony
