Re uploaded as a .fit file

A bit of a spicy day.  Pretty chilly for mid April.

Having based my choice of sail on the previous days forecast,  I decided to go with 5.4m to start with.  Lack of experience and courage and I went out the front door on my first run.  Decided to go back and downsize to the 4.8. I was pretty anxious for the first few runs and nearly called it quits as pretty broad and I was out of my comfort zone.  Stuck with it, and it ended up a pretty good day result wise.  Good to sail with Matt, Joe and Stuart.  Home to wash the smell of fear out of my wetsuit now.!
