With several of the children we look after off sick I was able to be at The dip/Felixstowe by 1 o clock.With the wind gusting to 16 kts I rigged the 7.5 and took out the xantos but it was too light so switched to the carve and had a beat to the pier by which time the wind had increased and the sea became big making the return interesting.So after completing the school run in my wetsuit returned and took the xantos out for an hour where I recorded my best speeds which are pretty low but the sea was a real choppy mess  !!!!
