Wind had so much west in it that the west course was way too broad, surprisingly the east course was still too square and quite slow next to the sand bar, had to bear off into chop to get any speeds. Think Southerley is a better direction as you can use both courses. Mike G ran aground in the shallows at the end of the east course and bust his boom, very easy to do and something to watch out for. Wind picked up about 3pm as we were packing up.
