Thanks Coach Jacques for pushing me towards the (ice)water, thanks Team captain Erik for the extra confincing push/call.

Wanted to take as little risk as possible so I took the slalom board in stead of the speed, this was a very good choice I needed the energy and strengt for the cold conditions and the first speed session this year.

The Falcon 85 is always a save bet, the new stuff, EVO III 6.2 and Caspar Ultra 29 (used the Caspar 27 the 2nd and 3rd run)
was amazing in these conditions, I did not even change the Downhaul (I have used recomended 4m mast and downhaul).
