Very short course on a NW so 500 is bad.  I turned up an couple of hours late (damn work!) and missed most of the good flat water, but I guess it's always good to add all the sessions as a way of keeping a diary of them.

Good to get Stephen Lawless sorted outa bit and show him how to sail a speed course, and he got his PB, so that was worth it.
