The JP boards are definatelly on the good way becoming relaxed sailing speed boards in high winds. We know we are on the good track and will continue develloping. I wanted to announce a world record attempt but Martin was first... bugger. Now I could only sail 5.5 which was really overpowered and my arms and leg were hurting so much! With 10 knots more I could sail 60 knots!

Sorry Martin, it is just so ironic that you as speedsailing icon was not able to sail today. Hopefully next time in better shape to show oldies still go strong.

A great opportunity to go to Da Curve today with Jacques on that powerfull waterscooter! An impressive machine to go over the big chop. Pitty the Wadjes couldn't make it in their boat and wise decision to abort.

Respect for the few people really able to sail up in the north today, it was soooo windy!

I found my limit today in windspeed: have too little muscles and too small balls to hang on today. Would like to return to Da Curve someday in more mellow conditions with 6.2 to explore my speed limits. Today I was nowhere close to a single in-control run. My fastest run wasn't even sheeted in...
