Late session with practically nobody else on the water.
It was pretty gusty down the course and very broad. It would be a lovely angle at a spot like Southend of West Kirby but you can't sail so close to the bank at Portland through lack of wind.
It took me a while to get used to the conditions (light / patchy wind by the bank, choppy away from the bank) but I managed to do a few nice runs it was time to call it a day.
Westerly 266-271. Averaging 30 knots, gusting 40 knots.
