Early wake up call at 5am to catch the low tide (8:30) at my homespot Oesterdam. Wind was too broad (SE) in the beginning with rolling chop along the speedstrip. In the end the wind changed direction by more then 50° together with heavy rain and the water surface became more and more 'speed proof'. It wasn't easy to find the right gusts but managed to sail a 68+ average with my 6.3 sail... Too bad the tide didn't came a bit later when the wind picked up. Now off to work to fight the storm...yihaa I like those days :-)

PR homespot for me !! 3 surf sessions in 2 years... I  still got the (surf)blues ;-)

Was also the first time on my new 2015 Blade 6.3 (was still covered by plastic !!) which I already have since end 2014...

Smorgen wat speeden achter zandplaat ,daarna trok de wind echt aan (+40kn) en nog even op het wave bord gevaren wat ook al snel onkontroleerbaar was in de chop.

nieuw board, nieuw zeil en nieuwe vin.

Lukte allemaal niet zo goed. Volgende keer beter
