Because I could not stand and watch those nice wite heads on the sea and the lovely nice bleu water and warm winds I gave it a try with some rented gear. Totally no gear compared to mine, heavy sail (NP Hornet 7.2 and bad (alu) boom and plastic fin(38) on the Supersport but it was nice to feel the warm water against the legs in shorts and lycra. 
My own stuff would have been heaven!
