Herne Bay / Meola session. Managed a few runs before wind died to Zero. One great rain / wind squall below the reef! Did a water start with a 5 knot puff in the middle of the harbour and sailed a spinnaker reach against incoming tide back to chin deep water. Lost all wind but tippy toed my rig back to shore (15 min).
Wind came back - Blue sky Westerly change!!! (Four seasons in one day!!!)
Good to get on the water and at least I could see. Lost both contact lenses surfing Maori Bay west coast yesterday evening. Not good catching an approaching 5 ft peak blind!!!!
