After my crash on the Brace I wanted to give it a try again. Walking is going ok, only bending my knee is painful. Since the doctor told me pain is ok in this case I thought I’ll give it a try. It was going alright, although getting in the straps and gyping was no fun, because you need to bend your knee.  After 12 km I decided it was enough for the moment…it was no fun at all. But the good point is that I did it.

I think I have to stay calm the coming weeks and take some rest…
