Whoop whoop!!! Spotrecord  big time at Ouddorp haven. Fastest session ever on the Grevelingen. After my nightshift slept 1h45m and then i went to Ouddorp to be honest was not really motivated and tired from yesterday. But as soon as i made my first run i knew it was on directly 88,4 and second run 89,4 so after five runs i already did the spotrecord. The wind and angle where almost perfect but it was hard to get the perfect gust. Good to see all the happy faces and Vinnie doing a 90+ run again respect mate. At the end i had a pretty tricky crash got a windshift to west and a little winddip. Result was me going 90km/h into the second wall and could just swing me around my gear and miss the dam by millimeters and crash full on ripping my weighvest apart and bumping my head on the ground leaving me in shock really felt my time had come. So thought it was enough fun and called it a day. Happy the only damage is the t-joint of my boom and feel a bit bruised. But really happy with the result.

Arrived early with Tom at the spot and went out as fast as we could. First runs where just to get used to it again and later went full throttle with a PR on the 2s and 10s Max!!

Just not enough for the AVG as I was getting tired. 

epic day... dikke pr´s op bijna alle onderdelen. over de magische grens van 80 km/u heen. avg met 5 km/u verbetered en 2sec met bijna 4 km/u. super sessie op ouddorp haven.

eerse run stond mijn trapezelijn te lang. ik haakte uit, 68km u. 2e keer stond alles goed, maar moest nog even wennnen aan de power. 4,6 gaf meer dan genoeg druk. had 74 km u gepiekt. 3e keer was het raak, 80,06 display max. m'n materiaal stond goed en ik stond zelf ook goed. later nog 2x over over 80 gegaan en ook op 2sec.

nice session un expected big speeds bit tricky today but fun 

saild in the beginning a littel to  relax after i putted more effort to go faster result in a 90.55 run and 95.6 topspeed.

hans was flying so nice battel tis one is yours next time again 

sick month lets hope this is a good sign for the rest of the year.

Unfortunately I needed some time to get used to the strong wind. But then suddenly the knot broke, the speeds got better and it was fun.
Big respect and congratulations to Hans and Vincent, you made the best out of the hard conditions.

Vanmorgen op pad gegeaan met als doel weer iets hader te gaan varen dan de laatste sessie deze maand met 78 avg. De Fc was perfect dus alle reden om te gaan. Merkbaar is toch dat deze man 52 jaar is en langzamer hand steeds meer jonge lui harder en harder ziet gaan waaronder onze noordelingen Remco Kes en Rolf de Ruiter ( gefeliciteerd mannen goed gevaren) . Aangekomen op oh niet te doen wat een wind geweld besloten om te wachten. toen echt iedereen op het water was toch maar naar de spot gelopen en daar aangekomen was de conclusie dat er niet te varen was voor 80% van de aanwezig zijnde mannen uiteraard met uitzondering van de cracks Hans en Vincent (buitencategorie) . Mooi om te zien dat er door de andere een aantal pogingen werden gedaan met als gevolg veel al crashes tijdens het opstappen. Toen ik besloot om terug te gaan daar ik gewoonweg bang was geen enkel geheim kwam Hansie naar me toe en zei "ik heb je met veel meer geweld zien varen opschieten jij " ik durfde niet af te haken en besloot mijn eerste run te doen. gevolg 75 run max 81 hmmmm beetje de bibber maar toch maar nog eentje, gevolg 77 hoog en 83 max iets minder bibbers en kwam een beetje op temeperatuur. Graad meter is toch voor mij op dat moment Tom en zag zijn strubbelingen en probeerde hem op te beuren wat hopelijk iets lukte. Vanaf dat moment liep het als een trein totaal onder controle mijn runs gedaan geen gekke uitspattingen met als resultaat 1 sec mas 86 ruim en een top 10 6e plek uitslag all time. thuis lekker saunaatje gepakt en nu even mijn verhaaltje aan jullie vertellen. Iedereen gefeliciteerd met het resultaat wat allemaal in deze omstandigheden knap is hoe hard dan ook. blij dat er geen persoonlijke ongelukken zijn gebeurt. (hans let aub op man je gaat als een dolle te keer maar er is meer vriend )

amazing to see hans and vincent flying over the water with over 90kmh´s...looks so crazy! big respect!

also hands up for gerwin! every run looks so easy and control ! congrats!

for me ... not happy with my performance! i know i can much butter in this kind of wind because normally i like it ... speedsurfing in these conditions.

but i must say...the gusts were to strong...and i had 12kg weights with me...

waiting for the next storm and hope then to be back in ATTACK MODE
