Second day at Lepe this time with Rob out with his 13m kite.I spent loads of time chasing him up and down by the shingle bar to the left and am getting the hang of gybing the board.Rob packs up as wind freshens( to listen to football on the radio-sad I know) while I beat up to the Beaulieu Rivermouth in search of some flat water,on the way sailed with loads of racing yachts which is great fun !!! I then went for my best mile time by sailing to Gurnard on the Isle of Wight - nearly 3 miles flat out in the Solent swell !!! I was pleased to better my time by approx. 2 kts but was abit disappointed with my top speed :(
