Mooi middagje op het wad. Eerst bij de 2e bank geweest, daar 1 leuke run van 75 gemaakt. Toen werd het daar te ruim en zijn we naar de 3e bank gegaan. Daar liep het in het begin goed, maar daarna greep ik naast alle vlagen en kon ik mij niet meer verbeteren.

YES I did over 70 km/h avg again. So happy that I'm able to do this again, I feel super priveliged.

But F*^&^ this sports consumes all your energy. wasted but very happy now.

De rem moest er vandaag nog steeds op, het lichaam wilde nog niet helemaal wat de geest wel van plan was... Toch lekker gesurfd, helaas mijn vin na run 1 flink beschadigd aan een schelpje, dit keer niet mijn voetzool.
Janny gefeliciteerd met je nieuwe PR, nog even en dan vaar je ons voorbij..! Twan, Hendrik, Dylan, Tjitse en Gerlof, het zag er weer speedy uit..! Op naar de volgende sessie...!

Weer prachtige dag, dikke workout pffff merk wel dat ik te weinig vaar uren heb, snelheid moet nog wel komen , maar wel tervreden oner de nieuwe Loft RB 6.3
