Weer een heerlijke sessie met veel bekende....

Nautische mijl met Manta 61

Zo wat een lekkere dag weer zeg!

Even bij de buitendammen geweest vroeg in de middag, maar naar mate de wind toenam ben ik maar weer terug gegaan.

Nathan was aan het laagvliegen met zijn nieuwe board, super gaaf om te zien. Verder velen bekende gezien en allemaal lachende gezichten.

Was best druk op ZM.... maar iedereen hield rekening met elkaar.

Mooie dag met veel Drusus leden. De armen wilde niet echt meewerken vandaag.

Met deze wind had ik wel wat kilo's kunnen gebruiken.
Goed geamuseerd, en gijpjes gingen goed.
Had dit nodig na een lage tijd surfloos te zijn.

2 prs vangaag me uur en de alpha en nog 124km gevaren ook

Eerst met 6,4 gevaren, daarna kon de 5,8 erop.

Altijd lekker daarbuiten maar wat een rollers om weer terug te komen op Ouddorp.Maar goed dat ik de Falcon speed niet  heb gebruikt....

Goed om Dennis & Co weer eens te zien.Succes met je verdere herstel!

Wind direction was a bit square but it was an excellent session with lots of wind and sunshine.

Sailed till closing time at the outer dams with Dennis and Floris.

Niet zo hard als gisteren, maar heerlijke avondsessie en gezellig met Arian en JP

Some things will be done differently next time

Pr on the hour and Nautical mile.

Started at 12.00 with Manta 61 and 7.0 do do the hour. With a bit more wind 52 km is within reach.

Switched to 6.4 with JP 50 and played around at the outer damms.

Surfed to  Ouddorp with Floris but the water level was too low.

Went back  and stayed the rest of the afternoon and evening at the outer damms.

207 km of enjoyment.

Nice battle with Vinnie used a old sail and a really old messed up boom had to reset my boomextension every run was pretty tiring

Heel de middag aan het klooien geweest..... amper gevaren, vooral heen en weer gelopen...ander boardje, ander zeiltje, tunen, ander vinnetje.....gelukkig werd het toch nog leuk toen JP, Bart en Peter aankwamen. In the end toch een lekker dagje met ruim 100 km op de teller!

Lange dag met een leuke 100km + mijlpaal (op de GPS dan 104km). Was erg druk maar wel gezellig. 7.0 werd te groot en mijn armpjes te moe.

think i missed the best wind window because i had to make a break to safe energy for the third session of the day.

Mooie dag op een mooie spot.

eerste sessie gedaan op deze combo. de wind nam echter steeds meer toe . dus later board en zeil gewisseld.

Heerlijke dag met vele lachende gezichten helaas voor mij schade aan board en giek is niet goed voor je zelf vertrouwen... had ook 2 cm te weinig downhaul bleek achteraf

Een geweldige dag samen met een aantal clubleden en vrienden. Wind en steeds meer wind. Later met een kleiner boardje werd iklangzamer.

Eerst een paar rakken met de 7,1 m2, maar dat liep niet lekker, Hierna 6,4 m2 en dat was perfect. Ik had niet de moed om de downwind runs in de chop door te zetten met de tricky Hotrod. Ik had toch mijn Isonic 76 in de auto moeten gooien. Toch tevreden met het resultaat.

Feels amazing to be on the windsurfboard again, since 09/02/2020, when I torn my meniscus and had to undergo a surgery.

Also super happy to see all my buddy's again!

First time with this board, sail (thanks Paul for lending!) and fin. Wanted to put more downhaul after a few runs, but this was impossible (no room left and adjusting the extension on the water is pretty...).

This also might explain the lack of real acceleration and the fact that my long distance numbers; 500m and nautical mile are pretty descent compared to my 5x10s and top speed.

Can't wait to have my Evo12 5.8m to really fly in these conditions. The Z-fins Asy 25,5cm SB felt spot on!!

Only did one nautical attempt (thanks Hans for the tip), but it worked out pretty good, 3th fastest NM ever sailed here ;-) 

The knee does feel good during the runs, only during gybing and starting it still feels a bit woozy... Hope to be top fit soon.

Amaai dat was écht lang geleden.

Leuk terug op het water te staan, kalmpjes aan gedaan, niet pushen, geen stress.
