Missed the windy bit and went with the trusty 7.3 and RX133. Still had the 43 cm upright fin and dragged lots of weed around. Kinda happy with a 34 on the dial with the big fin and weed. warm water - good fun !
had the old garmin on as well and it read exactly the same top speed!

| Nice day. I think this is the fastest I have been able to extract from the SSR 6.6. The wind was 16 k gusting to 22, and the most consistent I have sailed in for some time now. Started on the Hypersonic x 6.6 SSR, but as the wind increased went to the Sonic 85 keeping the 6.6..Had the new Weedster 26 fin on the Sonic, which was sweet. Nice warm up for a bunch of miles tomorrow.
