The best wind was at low (no) water, tide turned then the wind suddenly died which was a big shame especailly for the guys who had travelled down.

Nearly 3 months since last sail so felt nice to just get on the water again. Missed the best of the wind, but at least got a good hour of sailing before the wind died, Mike Gs timing could'nt of been any worse, well and truly skunked, next time matey.

Great to get out on the water again and it was fairly warm and sunny. Had a good sail for an hour or so but the wind never came through as forecast. WNW seemed like a decent direction for the speed strip at Weymouth but was gusty making it hard to get 10 sec runs. Hoping today has broken the run of windless weather.
