Nice to get out on the 80 but had a serious hangover and my bloody left elbow has given up so lots of hard work and pain!!!
I suppose thats it for another 6 months....
Morning session and nice to get out. Was also great to witness the swaggers windsurf and acrobatics combined session.
Waited for the rain to stop and the wind to swing a bit more westerly..and as a result had a very pleasant afternoon at the Salty Lake.  First real outing on the 2009 Isonic 86...and very pleased with its performance.  I think if the wind had had more constant umph rather than big holes the 30knt average would have been in bag for 2010! Great to see the other PPs out!
Wrong kit will change later Nice to sail on smaller than 9.0
What little wind we've had in the UK has at least been at the weekends, arrived 7.30 am to light SSE winds, went out on 6.7evo1 and FF124 waiting for wind to swing round and increase.
By 11am wind was SSW 20 gusting 25 Knots, changed to FF89 & had some reasonable runs but never really powered up.
Ended up trying a distance session but got bored!
Nice to have that knackered feeling again.
Well done Pirates we're getting there slowly.
Another crap day for me at Portland :( A three and a half hour journey down in Bank Holiday traffic and we were only camping 60 miles away in the New Forest,I was full of cold,it was raining and cloudy and the wind was gusty and I spent the whole time beating back to the acadamy - my fault really not knowing the harbour I should have sailed in the middle where there was more wind !!! Well done Ian Richards for some great times on the day - my excuss I felt really bad and did'nt go out again in the afternoon when the wind picked up a little but not one of our favourite spots :(
Back via Overcombe - nice waves but cross off so gusty again.Check out Hamworthy - nice spot and had fish and chips at Poole so not a complete disaster

PS - got back to the campsite to find I had left my Naish harness behind the rocks at the speedsailing rigging area :( anyone find please email - squirrell4@talktalk.net
