Southerly winds and sun and lowtide at the oesterdam =perfect combination... As predicted the thermal breeze kicked in 1 hour before lowtide and the sandbar 3km from the parkingspot was really heaven today. I could have used the 6.7, but it was really great to cruise past the sandbar. 1 had 1 magic run with really consistent results: 2sec-10sec-500m! Best thing of the day, was the fact that my girlfriend tried this spot for the first time and on her "new" carve 133 she came along to the sandbar. A big adventure for her and she really did it great! Really proud to cruise with my girlfriend at the sandbar. One of the best surfsessions of this year for me: sun, not too crowded, girlfriend stoked = me super stoked,...

As predicted the thermal breeze kicked in 1 hour before lowtide and the sandbar 3km from the parkingspot was really heaven today.

I could have used the 6.7, but it was really great to cruise past the sandbar. 1 had 1 magic run with really consistent results: 2sec-10sec-500m!
