Hardcore conditions today respect to Gautier who was flying in the beginning. When i got the settings figured out i got some nice speeds but still was tricky with timing the run in between the waves and swell. But really good training for skill and beiing in control hope tomorrow will be flat had nice confidence boost today. Blue Steel is motivated ;)

Difficult conditions today. A lot more wind than yesterday and incoming swell. Timing was everything, flying your runs between the waves.

Happy with the speeds in this conditions, learned a lot today....

We were all strugling with the conditions and i was so stupid to do an alpha. After i completed the jibe and wanted to accelerate a big gust hit my sail and i crashed with my whole body against the sail. My lower ribs full on the boom head. Hope its only brused and i'm able to sail tomorrow with pain killers.... We will find out later today how my body feels. Tonight i will take for sure some spare ribs at the buffalo grill.

Compaired to yesterday an off day for me... To bad but did'nt want to take risks today.
I sailed a few times on a sandbank, upwind and also downwind but a really low speeds, luckely!

Had no confidence at all.
Hopefully tomorrow will rock (again)
