Great Session and one of my best this year - Top fun

Super gusty winds but nice flat water and perfect for Formula. Couldn't really get the board super loose again but did peak over 28 knots a couple of times. Great to sail with Simon, Jonny and also my brother who had a go on the Falcon 90 and 7m. The knee is feeling quite good and the cold water certainly helps!!!

Used a Lockwood fin, but not on the list. Very nice and tracked superbly on a beam reach.

uber gusty so it was pure luck to be in a gust.

Great fun sailing with the cornish speed crew. A long timewaiting :)

Shame the gusts weren't lasting that long today. Fastest run was bearing off towards the dam.
