iS97 / S-type 93 (modified), 7.0 Blade, 36 F-Hot Sl / 31 Caspar  - Lammermoor Beach, QLD, AU NNE 22 - 27kn

Cranking afternoon seabreeze after a longish spell without much wind.  Tried the F-Hot carbon fin in the iS97 and felt really loose, pointed well although on my really broad runs it let go three times making for a hair raising ride. Jury is still out on the fin.  Did an hour on the iS97 combo pretty well over powered two thirds of the time. 

Quickly took the newly modified S-Type 93 for a few runs with the 7.0 Blade and it felt brilliant with the new outboard footstrap positions even though underfinned.  Way over powered so will like to give this board a go with smaller sail.  Managed through the chop much more comfortably with the pin tail than the wider tailed iSonic so I think I've got myself a high wind board for thr really rough stuff here.
