My first sail of the year.Unbroken sunshine and steady wind = pleasant morning on the water.

First session of the year

Very choppy early on, still a bit cold on my hands, but still a good session!

frustrating rubbish today started with my mast extention not working and sail would not stay attached to board ,luckily Andy Stallman was in town and had a spare , thanks Andy

unfortunately i rigged to big as the wind picked up and it was a struggle van full of sails and 6.3 was my smallest oops !

sorry im a bit late  everyone  !  mrs made me do the washing up , but thats not all the story ! naked !

i found it very difficult  today 12  oclock onward  ( when we got there ) now as far as i can make out from scotty s posting it was a little better perhaps before  12 oclock  ( guessing ) well anyway not the worlds fastest today but all the same i tried  (choppy chop chop )

felt like the sweeney years ago  with the car chases and then some guy wedges a prop on the throttle and then  against the seat  then opens the door and bails out        thats what i felt like but needed the prop rather than my leg  , im going to steel splint my leg so that my do it , ram it up my wet suit  no one will notice  !

Easy like Sunday morning.

A very chilled sail with 6.3 on isonic 97.

Lovely combo.

Where were all the pirates?

Chop was causing me some spinout issues. Sunny but colder than I expected.

That water has got a tad colder especially when you have big hole in your boot!
