Set off with the intention of doing an hour, blasted across the wind for an nmi, did a storming alpha came back, another run for nearly a mile gybed into no wind, slogged up to my ankles all the way back as the wind shifted.....packed up and it picked up :(

Had to walk the board in after wrenching my shoulder. Ouch!

I set off thinking it wasn't going to be windy today so didn't take a small board. It turned out a good 6 knots windier than the forecast . Unfortunately the session came to a premature end when Alison injured her shoulder. The last 20 mins was on her 4m sail and 86L Kode which felt much more comfortable.
